Use them in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini workspace, with your team reviewing the results. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() #### The parts of a connected capability. We assemble selected reusable methods and templates into AI workflows for the function you need. The general methods form the foundation; your business supplies the specifics. ##### Workflow instructions. What information to use, which steps to follow and what to produce. Each workflow defines a piece of work and the inputs the next step needs. ##### Shared company context. Your audience, offering, terminology and decisions, available across the workflows. Related tasks draw on the same understanding of the business. ##### Templates and checks. A defined shape for the output and criteria for reviewing it. Missing information, assumptions and decisions needing a person stay visible. The reusable foundation comes from general methods and templates. Private client work remains specific to the company it was built for. #### One context. Connected outputs. A first marketing capability, from customer research to an offer and outreach. Illustrative example · Invented business context. ##### The brief every workflow shares. The audience and goal stay consistent as the work moves forward. Each reviewed output gives the next workflow something concrete to build on. Business Scheduling software for independent repair shops. Audience Owners managing bookings by phone. Goal Find owners willing to try an early version. 1 · Research ##### A customer brief. Interview questions about booking interruptions, followed by a summary of customer notes with evidence and assumptions separated. Feeds the offer: needs supported by the research. 2 · Offer ##### A proposition to test. An offer draft shaped by the customer brief: who it helps, the problem it addresses and the value to test. Feeds outreach: the selected offer and its supporting evidence. 3 · Outreach ##### An invitation to try it. Messages for prospective customers, using the selected offer and shared context, with a clear invitation to try the early version. Feeds the next revision: responses and questions from prospects. Your team reviews each output and carries it into the next workflow. The capability connects the work while keeping people involved in the decisions. #### A reusable foundation. A specific fit. Your industry, priorities and team shape the inputs, language, outputs and review criteria. We assemble the relevant workflows and adapt those parts around the work you need to do. The parts can develop individually: update the company context, adjust an output template or improve a check. Related workflows continue to share the same foundation. Already have a way of working you want to preserve? Fully Powered Studio captures existing company know-how and converts it into AI workflows. [Capture what works]() #### Better results inform the next version. Review real outputs against the intended result. A correction can point to missing context, an unclear instruction or a check worth adding. Guided runs help your team understand what to change and see whether the revision improves the work. We build your standards into reusable AI workflows, with checks that help prevent weak work and catch what needs attention before it moves on. No delivery owner or billing contact is recorded; capacity is unconfirmed. ##### Sounds finished “The deal is closed and ready for onboarding. Flag missing owners and required fields before the handoff proceeds. #### Someone still has to do the thinking. A faster draft is a poor trade if it creates a slower review. When AI leaves out the exception, invents a reason or buries the decision, the next person has to reconstruct the work. Your best people become the cleanup crew. Useful AI carries more of their judgment into the first pass: which sources count, what must be checked, what can be inferred and when to ask for help. #### Build quality into the work. Fully Powered Studio turns your way of working into instructions and tests. Checking workflows put those standards to use on the documents, records and handoffs your team reviews. The right steps, the right format and the exceptions that matter. Your team can get useful work back without rebuilding the prompt each time. ##### Ready in your workspace. Built for the ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini you already use. We show your team how to run it on the job it was made for. ##### Built to develop. Handover guidance helps your team run the workflow, check its output and improve it as the work changes. We can keep developing it with you. #### Built around your best. Tested against it. Fully Powered Studio is our technology for building and testing workflows from your existing way of working. A builder works alongside your team; your expert has the final say on the result. [How we test the work]() 1. **Your standard comes first.**We agree what a good result must contain, including the details your best person knows to check. 2. **The workflow has to prove itself.**We build and test with invented examples, then observe your team running real work in your own account. 3. **The workflow is checked independently.**The build and grading are separate steps. You see every miss, then your expert judges the results against their own work. #### From the way you work to the way your team works. Bring one useful workflow or a program of work across teams. We agree the priorities and scope together. 1. 01 ##### Capture your best. Start with a written SOP or walk us through the job. We capture the steps and judgment that make it work. [Capturing the work]() 2. 02 ##### Build it. Test it. Use it. We turn that know-how into a workflow, test the result and put it in your team's hands with notes to run and change it. [Building your workflow]() 3. 03 ##### Keep raising the best. We can review results, improve your workflows and extend them across the team through an ongoing development relationship. [Improve & expand]() #### Use the AI you have. Work across the systems you use. The handoff between your CRM, email and billing is a job somebody knows how to do. We build that whole job into a workflow in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, using the files and exports your team already handles. Our introductory sprints prepare work for your people to review and enter. Connections to other systems are separate work. We confirm your workspace and team access on the fit call. [Work that crosses systems]()[How we handle your information]() #### Put your expertise to work across your team. Bring a recurring job or a broader brief to a 30-minute fit call. A useful workflow is a foundation to build on. We work with your team to review results, refine your workflows and develop the next capabilities your business needs, through an ongoing engagement shaped around your priorities. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() #### Built for use. Ready to develop. At handover, a named person on your team takes responsibility for the workflow and receives guidance on running it, checking its output and making changes. Your agreement sets out use and adaptation rights for the deliverables and any included technology. The instructions are in plain words your people can read and edit. The notes help your owner distinguish a straightforward update from a change that needs more work and testing. #### Support is included after your sprint. 3-Day Workflow Sprint Five business days after handover to correct anything that does not meet the agreed criteria. 2-Week Team Sprint Ten business days after handover for the same defect correction, covering the one priority workflow built in the sprint. A new step, rule, output or data source is a new requirement. We quote that separately, so you know what is included and what comes next. #### Bring us in where the work needs us. Review the workflows already in use, strengthen the results and bring useful capabilities to more of the team. We can agree an ongoing development relationship from the outset or after a focused implementation. Together, we set priorities, a review cadence and the work included. Your agreement distinguishes support and maintenance from new requirements, with scope and fees agreed before work starts. - **Maintain what works.** Check and retest an existing workflow when its tools or AI model change. - **Improve the result.** Agree a new standard, update the workflow and test whether the change delivers it. - **Build the next workflow.** Capture more of your expertise and extend useful capabilities across teams, within an agreed scope. [Improve & expand]() #### Make your best way better. Once a workflow is in use, we can ask a bigger question together: what would make the whole job better? Perhaps the handoff needs fewer steps. Perhaps a stronger check would prevent the next round of rework. That conversation can begin in a sprint readout or as part of a broader implementation. It continues through an ongoing relationship, with your people helping decide which changes matter most. [Our approach]() #### One useful workflow becomes a place to build from. On-ramp ##### Capture your best. Start with your SOPs, checklists or the know-how your people have learned on the job. [Capturing the work]() Build ##### Put it to work. A tested AI workflow in your own workspace, with an owner and notes to keep using it. [Building your workflow]() Keep ##### Keep moving forward. Maintain, improve or extend the workflows your team uses, with further work agreed together. #### What's changed since the workflow was built? Bring the change, the recurring snag or the next opportunity. Your workflows run in your account; we don't monitor them live. Your owner tells us what needs attention, and we agree the right work together. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() --- ## Capture your team's know-how Source: https://fullypowered.ai/studio/on-ramp/ ### Your best know-how. Ready for the whole team. Your best way of working may be in an SOP, a loose checklist or the things your people just know. We turn it into clear procedures your team can use and your AI workflows can follow. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() #### Start with what you have. You bring the expertise. We do the work of capturing it. ##### Already written down? We read the procedure, check it with the person who runs it and agree what a good result looks like. One written, agreed procedure is the starting point for the $750 3-Day Workflow Sprint. [The 3-Day Workflow Sprint]() ##### Still in people's heads? Show us the job. We capture one team's procedures and build one priority AI workflow in the $3,500 2-Week Team Sprint. Half a checklist and years of experience are a perfectly good place to start. [The 2-Week Team Sprint]() Both are introductory conversion offers, once per client. You can also start with a broader implementation across teams. The procedures we capture make your own know-how easier to use for training and cover as well as the workflows we build. #### Show us how a good job gets done. A builder walks through real examples with the people who do the work, including the person whose results set your standard. What starts the job? What do they check? What makes them stop and ask? We capture the steps and the judgment behind them: why this customer needs a different handoff, or which missing detail means a draft is not ready. Each step is traced to its source. Gaps become questions; different approaches go side by side for the owner to settle. During the walkthrough, real records stay on your screen. We use invented examples for the build. #### Your best way becomes the team's standard. The person who owns the work agrees the procedure before we build: the steps, their reasons, the exceptions and what a finished result must contain. That might be your operations lead, team lead or responsible lawyer. When three people do the job three ways, the owner chooses the approach the team will use. The workflow is then built and tested against that standard. #### A clear procedure is useful from day one. We bring the old checklist, the email thread and the way the job actually gets done into one usable document. Your people can teach from it, cover for each other and improve it as the work changes. We also identify whether AI is the right next step. If a better checklist or a feature you already own solves the problem, we'll say so. Work that needs redesign is identified before we agree the sprint. #### From captured expertise to everyday use. On-ramp ##### Capture your best. Your people explain the work. We make their know-how clear and agree the standard. Build ##### Put it into practice. We build the workflow, test it and hand it over in your own workspace. [Building your workflow]() Keep ##### Keep raising the best. Improve and extend what works. Ongoing support is an optional, separately scoped engagement. [Keeping it working]() #### Bring the job everyone asks the same person about. An SOP, a checklist or a conversation is enough for the fit call. We'll work out what to capture and where AI can make it useful to more of your team. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() --- ## Evals, validation & verification Source: https://fullypowered.ai/studio/verification/ ### Build in the standard. Check the work against it. Quality starts before the first draft. Fully Powered Studio turns your standards into instructions and tests. Checking workflows help your team catch gaps in documents, records and handoffs before they become someone else's rework. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]()[See the test log]() #### A good draft has to survive a good check. The workflow defines what a result must contain, which sources to use and when to stop for missing information. A checking step compares the work with those requirements and brings exceptions to the reviewer. Your team supplies a draft and its source material. The checking workflow returns flagged gaps, supporting evidence and unresolved questions for review before handoff. For a client update, that might mean checking that every open blocker appears with an owner and a next step. For a report, it might mean checking calculations and requiring evidence behind each conclusion. We choose the checks for the job and test whether they catch the misses that matter. [See workplace slop and the standards that catch it]() #### How we test the work. Evals: compare repeatable cases. Run the same cases with and without the workflow, then compare results after a change. The Engine's evaluation tools record improvements, regressions and failed runs. Validation: make it useful for your team. Your intended user runs actual work in your own workspace. Your expert reviews whether the result serves the job, and that feedback guides refinement. Verification: check the specified rules. Check the output against the required information, format and exceptions agreed before the build. Use explicit checks for fields and calculations, source comparisons for claims, and expert review where judgment matters. Record the evidence and what could not be assessed. The testing process below describes workflows built from existing expertise through Fully Powered Studio. For new capabilities assembled from reusable workflows, we agree useful outcomes, review first-use results with your team and refine the workflows from that feedback. #### The result, the verdict and the reason. The build and grading are separate steps. Tests are created without seeing the build, outputs are graded blind, and your expert judges last. A disagreement is recorded; your expert's mark stands. The log shows which results meet the standard, which miss it and which need better information or a clearer rule. That tells us what to fix before handover. Illustrative test log. Invented cases and marks show how findings are recorded. | Case | What it tests | What the workflow did | Expert's verdict | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | **Court-order notice.** A directive in the last paragraph of the final page. | Included the directive, with its page and paragraph. | passes | | 2 | **Court-order notice.** An unreadable scanned page. | Prepared a partial draft, flagged page four as unreadable and held it for review. | passes | | 3 | **Court-order notice.** A letter from opposing counsel. | Drafted a notice from the letter. | needs fixing Only a court order should start this workflow. | | 4 | **Open-matter check.** A matter with no owner. | Listed it under “no owner” for follow-up. | passes | | 5 | **Open-matter check.** An open task on a closed matter. | Flagged the task as overdue. | needs fixing The agreed rule excludes closed matters and lists them separately. | | 6 | **Open-matter check.** A task due today. | Listed it separately from overdue tasks. | rule needed The owner must define whether “due today” counts as overdue. | | 7 | **Closed-deal handoff.** No billing contact. | Flagged the missing contact and prepared a question for the salesperson. | passes | | 8 | **Closed-deal handoff.** Two delivery addresses. | Listed both and asked which to use. | more information needed The test needs the customer file to establish the correct address. | A passing mark means the workflow handled the test as specified, including stopping or flagging a gap when that is the right result. A miss can reveal a workflow problem, a missing input or a rule that needs to be settled. #### Your best person's standard, written first. Before the build, we agree what a good result must contain, what it must leave out and when it should say it cannot assess something. The standard includes the distinctions that matter in your business. AI can produce different answers to the same request. A shared workflow gives the team the same instructions; verification checks the result against an agreed standard. The wording can vary while the requirements stay clear. #### Test the cases it hasn't seen. We build with invented examples and hold separate cases back for testing. Each has a fact sheet and expected result. Missing information, unusual formats and inputs that should not start the workflow are part of the test. We run cases with and without the workflow, several times each, and report improvements and regressions separately. After a fix, the whole set is tested again. #### Then your team tests it on your work. Your person runs real cases in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini account while we observe in person or on a screen share. Your expert marks each result against the agreed standard. If a criterion repeatedly disagrees with their judgment, we revisit the criterion together. Real records stay in your account; we don't receive or keep copies. Your business approves the workspace for that information before we start. [How we handle your information]() #### Evidence your team can use. You get a record of how the workflow performed on the tested cases, including the misses. Passing those tests supports a decision to use it; it doesn't guarantee every future result. AI prepares. Your people review and decide. Once it runs, measure the whole job before and after in the terms that matter to your team: time, rework or the checks completed. That is the result worth building on. As part of ongoing improvement, recurring misses become new test cases. We refine the workflow, rerun the test set and review the changes with your owner, so lessons from daily use improve the next run. [Keep improving the work]() #### Bring the example your best person knows how to get right. We'll talk through what makes it good and how to build that standard into a workflow the team can use. A good result shouldn't require everyone to become the best person at prompting. Your team should be able to bring the work and get a useful draft back, in the ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini you already pay for. A blank chat leaves each person to supply the context, remember the exceptions and judge the answer. A workflow carries that knowledge into the task. The wording can vary. The required steps, source material and standard for a good result are built in. #### Keep what already works. Build on it. A saved prompt, a useful template or an SOP is a strong start. We add the surrounding workflow: inputs, checks, exceptions and a clear output. If the expertise is still in someone's head, we capture it with them. ##### Your expert's way becomes a team asset. Purchase order number missing: added to the follow-up list. Your team checks the prepared work, enters the records and sends the messages. #### The important part is knowing what belongs together. A deal becomes an order, an onboarding plan and a billing setup. Someone knows how it all fits together. We build that know-how into the work, so the next person has a complete handoff to review. Which fields go where. What changes for an existing customer. What has to be confirmed before an order moves. Those details make the handoff useful. We start with your SOPs, checklists and good examples, then capture the decisions people make from experience. The workflow carries those rules into each prepared handoff. #### Start with the files you can pull today. CRM exports, order forms, ticket histories, spreadsheets. A first workflow uses the material your team already handles, in your own AI workspace. You can put it to work before commissioning new connections between systems. Direct connections and automated updates are separate work, scoped around the workflow once you've seen it in use. #### Keep the tools you have. Add your way of working. Your existing reports, integrations and built-in AI may already handle parts of the job. We work from those strengths and focus on the preparation your team still does by hand. ##### Build around the job, wherever the information lives. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]()[Meet the founders]() #### The expertise is already yours. The best way to do the job shouldn't depend on the best person being available. Every business has knowledge that makes it good at what it does. Some is in SOPs and checklists. Some is in the person who knows which question to ask, which exception matters and what a customer actually needs. Giving everyone access to AI is a start. Giving it your way of working is what makes it useful to the business. We turn that know-how into workflows people can use, so more of the team can move good work forward. #### An AI native services company. Fully Powered AI builds and develops AI capabilities for clients using our own technology and selected methods. For existing operations, Fully Powered Studio turns documented procedures, informal workflows and expert know-how into tested AI workflows. For a new capability, we select reusable methods and templates, tailor them to your industry and business, and guide your team through first use. We review the results together and refine the workflows as you use them. #### Built for the team that has a business to run. Based in Los Angeles, we work with established businesses, startups and growing teams in LA and beyond. Our technology can support one workflow, a new capability or connected work across departments. We capture what already works or bring a practical foundation for something new. Together, we shape AI workflows around your business, put them to use and improve them through experience. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() #### Your business shapes the work. We agree what you want to accomplish, choose the right starting point and involve the people who will use the result. Choose the foundation ##### Capture or establish. Bring an existing way of working, or a new capability you need. We capture your expertise or select methods to tailor with you. [Explore the two services]() Agree the standard ##### Make good work clear. The right result, the important exceptions and the decisions to leave with a person, agreed before we build. [Agree and test the result]() Improve through use ##### Put it to work. Your team runs the workflow. We look at what changes and where the next improvement could come from. [Raise the best]() #### Capture what works. Your written procedures give us a head start. Your people fill in what experience has taught them: the question to ask, the detail that gets missed, the exception that changes the next step. We put that knowledge into clear instructions and work through them with the person responsible for the job. Fully Powered Studio turns the agreed procedure into a workflow and tests it against your standard. Illustrative example: preparing an equipment-service quote. The owner's judgment, built into the instructions. 1. Read the technician's site notes and photos. List the supported parts, labour and access.**The owner's edit**Keep access on its own line. It's the one we forget. 2. ~Add the usual extras.~ List anything missing as a question for the owner.**The owner's edit**Nobody guesses. I ask the customer. 3. Leave prices blank for the owner to complete and approve. Those decisions become part of the workflow, whoever prepares the next quote. #### Build what's missing. When you are establishing a function, we start with selected reusable methods and templates. We assemble a useful sequence of workflows and tailor it to your industry, goals and the people who will use it. We guide the first run, review what it produced and refine the instructions, context and checks together. Your team gets guidance for maintaining the capability, with continued development available as part of an ongoing relationship. [Building a new capability]() #### Your standard is the test. We agree what a good result must contain and how it will be reviewed. For existing procedures, Fully Powered Studio builds and tests with invented examples, including awkward cases and missing information. Building and grading are separate steps. For a new capability, we review first-use results against the purpose and standard agreed with your team, then refine the workflows. In either service, real work runs in your own workspace, and your people review what the AI prepares before using it. #### Faster is the floor. Once the workflow runs, the next question is what better could look like. - What outcome is this work really meant to produce? - How would the best in your field approach it? - What useful idea could another field bring? We review the whole job, including preparation and checking, and use the results to choose the next improvement. For existing work, we compare before and after. For a new capability, we look at what your team can now accomplish and where it needs more support. #### A team alongside you. A relationship that develops. We bring our technology, methods and builders into your business. An engagement can cover one workflow, a new capability or a program across departments. Ongoing work can include reviewing results, adapting workflows and helping more of your team use them. [Evals, validation & verification]() ##### More teams get to build. A small team should be able to put its best know-how to work and establish the capabilities it needs next. Fully Powered Studio and reusable workflow foundations give businesses a starting point, with guidance to use, improve and expand what they have. [Our technology in action]() #### Rooted here. Building with you. Across town or across the world, bring the work you want to improve or the capability you want to create. Let's see what we can put into your team's hands. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() [Help us build it. Explore careers.]() --- ## Your questions, answered Source: https://fullypowered.ai/faq/ ### What would you like to know? What you get, what it takes and what happens next. If your question isn't here, bring it to the fit call. What do we actually get? AI capabilities adapted to your business, with a team to help you put them to work. We capture existing expertise through Fully Powered Studio, or establish a new capability using selected methods and templates tailored to your industry and company. Engagements can cover one workflow, a broader program or ongoing development. [Our technology in action]() Do we need to have our procedures written down? No. We can start with an SOP, a rough checklist or someone showing us the job. The 2-Week Team Sprint captures your team's procedures and builds one priority workflow. Your people explain the steps, exceptions and judgment; we do the documenting and building. [When the process lives in people's heads]() What if we do not have the function or procedures yet? We help you build what's missing. We select reusable methods and templates, assemble workflows for the capability you need and tailor them to your industry and business. We guide a first run, review the results and refine them with you. [Launch a new capability]()[Book a 30-minute fit call.]() Can we start with a broader implementation? Yes. Bring a brief for a team, a department or work across several functions. We agree the priorities, deliverables and milestones together. An ongoing relationship can cover review, refinement, new capabilities and wider adoption. You do not need to buy a sprint first. [Team & company implementations]()[Improve & expand]() Does our team need to be good at AI? No. We guide your team through setup and use. For an existing workflow, your people explain how the job should be done. For a new capability, we adapt the starting methods together and agree what useful results should look like. [A good starting point]() Which AI does it work with? We build for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, in your own workspace. We confirm the plan and team access before starting. If you use another AI system, tell us on the call so we can discuss what fits. [Where your workflow runs]() What does it cost? New capabilities, broader implementation programs and ongoing relationships are scoped and quoted for your business. For converting existing workflows, we also offer two introductory sprints. The **3-Day Workflow Sprint is $750**: one written procedure turned into a working AI workflow, with handover notes and five business days of support. The **2-Week Team Sprint is $3,500**: we capture your team's procedures and build one priority workflow, with handover notes and ten business days of support. These are fixed introductory conversion offers, each available once per client. They are optional starting points, and do not cover establishing a new function. [Get started]() How soon could we be using it? The 3-Day Sprint takes three days once the procedure, examples and workspace are ready. The Team Sprint takes about two weeks from the first interview. For new capabilities and broader programs, we agree milestones, timing and team participation in the scope. What should I bring to the fit call? An existing job you want to improve, a new capability you need or a broader brief across your teams. Procedures and examples can help if you have them. We'll explore the result you want, the people involved and where our technology fits. No polished brief required. [Optional preparation]()[What happens on the call]() How and when do we pay? Your agreement sets out the scope, fees and payment terms before work starts. The two introductory conversion sprints have published fixed prices; broader implementations and ongoing development are scoped and quoted for your business. [Terms and support]() #### Using it in your business. Couldn't we build this ourselves? Yes, if you have the time and expertise. The work is capturing your best approach, agreeing the standard, building it and testing it on the cases that matter. We bring a builder and working technology to do that alongside your team, including anyone already leading your AI work. [Making good results repeatable]() Our best person already has a prompt that works. Can you build from that? Absolutely. It can be a useful starting point, along with their templates, examples and explanation of the job. We capture the thinking behind it, build in the steps and checks, and test the result so others can use that expertise too. [Sharing your expert's know-how]() Our CRM already has AI. Where would this help? Look at the work that crosses systems: a closed deal becoming an order, onboarding and billing, for example. We build from your handoff rules and use the files and exports your team already handles. The workflow prepares work for people to review and enter; live connections are separate work. [Work that crosses systems]() How do you handle our information? We agree which procedure material you share with us and build with invented examples. For real-work testing, your people run production records in your own workspace while we observe on screen. We don't retain those records. You decide which information your AI workspace is approved to handle. [Security and your information]()[For law firms]() What if the AI makes a mistake or misses something? We test against an agreed standard, including cases with missing information and awkward exceptions. Build and grading are separate, you see every miss, and your expert checks real-work results. A checking workflow distinguishes a problem from something it couldn't assess. Your team still reviews what the AI prepares. [How we test]()[The thinking behind verification]() How much work will this create for our team? For existing work, we need someone who knows the job to explain it and judge the results. For a new capability, we need the person responsible for the function and the people who will use the workflows to shape and try them. We agree that time up front and count preparation and review as part of the job. [Your team's time]() How will we know it's worth it? For existing work, compare the whole job before and after: time spent, corrections, missed steps or whatever matters. For a new capability, agree what useful work your team should be able to complete and review the results of actual use. We use those findings to prioritize improvements together. [Measuring the difference]() What if we only want one task done faster? That's a good place to start. Each sprint delivers one working workflow. We may spot other ways to improve the job, but you decide what to pursue. The first workflow stands on its own. What stays ours, and how can we use what you deliver? Your information and know-how remain yours. Fully Powered AI retains its underlying technology and reusable methods. Your agreement sets out your rights to use and adapt the deliverables and any included technology, along with the services we will provide. [Get started]() What if it doesn't do what we agreed? We agree the success criteria before building and test against them with your expert. During the included support window, we correct anything that doesn't do what was agreed. The scope, checks and support terms are set out before work starts. [Terms and support]() How do we keep improving after implementation? Your team gets guidance and a named person responsible for the capability. Ongoing development can include reviewing results, refining workflows, adapting to changes and developing new capabilities across the business. We agree the scope and review cadence together. [Improve & expand]() Have you done this work before? Yes. We bring working technology and practical experience turning business know-how into AI workflows. We're building Fully Powered AI to bring that capability to more teams. Explore the workflow example and testing approach, then talk with us about your own work. [Get to know our work]() #### Where our technology can help. Start with what you want your business to accomplish. We work with established businesses, startups and growing teams, capturing existing expertise or helping establish something new. If an existing feature or a simpler process is the better answer, we'll say so on the call. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() --- ## Glossary: plain words for AI workflows Source: https://fullypowered.ai/glossary/ ### Plain words for AI workflows. The terms you'll hear as we capture existing expertise or establish new capabilities for your team. Start with the work; the terminology can follow. AI capability Something your AI can do for the business: prepare a handoff, draft a quote or check a set of records, for example. We build it from your existing know-how or from selected methods adapted to your business. [See what we build](). AI workflow A repeatable way to get a piece of work done with AI. Your steps, templates, checks and exceptions are built in, so the team can use it again with new work. Each introductory sprint delivers one working workflow. [Get started](). Best-person check Your expert defines a good result before we build, then judges the workflow's results against that standard. You see every miss. [How we test](), and [why verification matters](). Build Turning an existing, agreed way of working into a usable AI workflow. Fully Powered Studio builds and tests with invented examples; your people then run real work in your workspace while we observe and review the results together. [Building your workflow](). Checking capability A workflow that checks records against your requirements and reports gaps, exceptions and missing information. It distinguishes a problem from something it couldn't assess, giving your team a list to act on. [Checking the work](). Connection A live link between an AI workspace and another system. A first sprint uses files and exports; new connections are separately scoped work. [Working from files and exports](). Every time Holding each run to the same agreed standard. Wording can vary; the required steps, checks and outputs remain the reference point. Tests show how a workflow performed on the cases tried. [What testing tells you](). Export A file from a system you already use, such as this month's orders or the week's closed deals. It gives the workflow the records for this run. Your team's procedure tells it what to do with them. [Work that crosses systems](). Fit call A 30-minute conversation about existing work, a new capability or a broader brief. We explore what you want to accomplish and the engagement that fits. [What happens on the call](). Fully Powered Studio Fully Powered AI’s technology for building and testing AI workflows from your team's expertise. A builder works alongside you, turning your own procedures and know-how into a capability your team can run. [Meet Fully Powered Studio](). Handover Putting the workflow in your team's hands: running it on real work, naming its owner and providing notes to use, check and change it. The agreement sets out use and adaptation rights for deliverables and included technology. [The handover](). Invented examples Fictional cases made to build and test the workflow, including exceptions and missing information. They are based on your agreed standard. Real-work testing happens in your workspace. [How we use examples](). Keep Reviewing, maintaining and improving workflows as your work changes, and extending useful capabilities across the business through an agreed engagement. [Developing your workflows](), and [Improve & expand](). Miss A result that doesn't meet the agreed standard, or that your expert can't judge confidently. Misses show where instructions, exceptions or review points need attention. [Testing on real work](). On-ramp Capturing how your team does the job. We start with existing SOPs and checklists, or have your people show us the work, then agree the instructions the workflow will follow. [Capturing your know-how](). Owner of a procedure The person who agrees how a job should be done and what a good result looks like. If people do it different ways, this person helps settle the approach to build. [Agreeing your standard](). Procedure / SOP The steps and decisions behind a piece of work. An SOP is a standard operating procedure: a documented version. We can also capture informal know-how, loose instructions and a person demonstrating the job. [Choosing a starting point](). Prompt The request you give an AI tool. A useful prompt can be a starting point for a workflow; we also capture the reasoning, examples and checks behind it. [Making good results repeatable](). Readiness checks Confirming the people, task, inputs, exceptions, examples and workspace needed for the build. We work through these with you before starting. [The readiness checklist](). Readout The closing review of a sprint: what the workflow does, how it performed, what changed and what could be worth improving next. [Handover and next steps](). Skill / plugin Terms for packaging capabilities inside AI tools. A skill holds instructions for a task; a plugin can bundle capabilities together. We explain the setup at handover. On these pages, we focus on the AI workflow your team will use. [What you get](). Sponsor The person who backs the work and can approve the investment, often an owner, CEO, managing partner or department leader. They may also be the person who uses the workflow. [For owners, CEOs & managing partners](). Suitability check Choosing a useful first workflow together. We look at the job, its complexity and the result you want, so the agreed sprint has a clear scope. [The 3-Day Workflow Sprint](). Support window Five business days after the 3-Day Sprint's handover, or ten business days after the Team Sprint's. We correct anything that doesn't do what was agreed. New requirements are scoped separately. [Included support](). Team & company implementations A program of work around one capability, a team or several departments. It can capture existing expertise, establish new capabilities or combine both. Scope and fees are agreed for your business; a sprint is not a prerequisite. [Team & company implementations](). Unattended running A workflow running without someone initiating or reviewing each run. Our introductory sprints prepare work for people to review and use. Scheduled or unattended operation is separately agreed work. [What a first workflow does](). Working Your team can run the workflow in its own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini workspace, using the files and exports it already handles, and review the prepared result. New system connections are separate work. [What working means](). Workspace The ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini environment your business uses. We confirm access and sharing before starting; your business decides which information is approved for use there. [Your workspace and information](). #### Other terms you may hear. Agent AI software that can choose steps and use tools to carry out a task. The useful question is what work it does and where a person reviews or decides. AI teammate / digital worker Common names for AI tools that take on parts of a job. We describe the work directly: preparing a report, checking records or drafting a handoff. Demonstration / pilot / roadmap A demonstration shows what is possible, a pilot tries it out, and a roadmap sets out a plan. Our introductory sprints deliver a workflow your team can use on real work. Hallucination A plausible-looking AI answer that isn't supported by the information available, such as an invented date or detail. Testing and review help catch these errors. Upskilling Helping people develop new skills. Our work focuses on building your team's expertise into reusable workflows and showing people how to use them. Operations on autopilot A shorthand for work running by itself. In our introductory sprints, the AI prepares work and your people review, decide and put it to use. Secure / compliant / accurate Different questions: how information is handled, which rules apply, and whether a result is right. We explain our handling and testing practices; your business sets the requirements for its own work. --- ## Is your workflow ready for AI? Source: https://fullypowered.ai/guides/readiness-checklist/ ### Pick the work. Check these six things. Choose one recurring job your team would like to make easier. These checks help you see what is ready, what needs settling and what to bring to a fit call. On this page Start with an SOP, a loose checklist or someone who can show us the job. The know-how does not need to be documented first. These checks are about whether the work has a useful, testable role for AI. 1. **Who uses it, and who sets the standard?**Name the person who will run the workflow, the person who approves its output and the person whose work sets the standard. One person may fill more than one role. Make sure they can take part in the build and testing. 2. **What starts the job, and what should come back?**Write the trigger and the finished output: a closed deal becomes an onboarding checklist; an export becomes a weekly exception report. Ask your best person what makes a good result. That is the beginning of the standard we will build to. 3. **What will the workflow need each time it runs?**List the files, records and exports needed for the job, and where they live. These are the inputs for each run; your SOPs and expert's know-how supply the instructions. A first sprint uses files and exports your team can already bring into its workspace. Any new integration is separately scoped. 4. **Where does the work need judgment?**List the main exceptions and the rule for each. Which can the workflow handle, and which need a person? Decide when it should stop and ask. A missing billing contact and an unfamiliar customer arrangement may need different responses. 5. **How will you know the result is good?**Have past cases ready, including awkward ones with missing information or an unusual format. Note what a good result contains. Your person runs these in your own account while we observe; we don't receive copies. We use invented examples for the build. 6. **Is the workspace ready for the team and the information?**Confirm your ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini plan, who can access the workflow and who approves this use of the information. A subscription alone does not settle those questions. Your business must approve the data use before work starts, including any sensitive information. Establishing a function you do not yet have? [Build what's missing]() starts with selected methods and templates tailored to your business. Bring the capability you need to the fit call. #### When the clock starts. The $750 3-Day Workflow Sprint starts once your agreed written procedure, examples, people and workspace are ready. The $3,500 2-Week Team Sprint runs about two weeks from the first interview, after readiness is confirmed. It captures one team's procedures and builds one priority workflow. For either, the user and approver need time booked, real examples ready in your account, team access checked and data use approved. Both are introductory offers, once per client. #### What your answers tell us. A clear, agreed procedure can go straight to a build. Know-how that needs capturing can be addressed in the Team Sprint or a broader implementation. If the work needs redesign, or a feature you already own is the better answer, we'll identify that before agreeing a sprint. If nobody can yet describe a good result, start there with the person who owns the work. They choose the standard; we help make it clear enough to build and test. #### In a law firm. Confirm that the responsible lawyer sets the review standard, the firm approves this use of client information in its workspace, and the firm approves our builder seeing real examples on screen during testing. We keep no copies of those records. Your lawyers interpret the firm's professional obligations. [Before we start, in a law firm]() #### Bring the work, even if some answers are missing. The fit call turns these checks into a practical next step. In 30 minutes, we'll talk through one recurring job, identify what to settle and recommend where to start. Bring the person who knows the job, and involve the person sponsoring the work before we write a proposal. [Book a 30-minute fit call.]() [Get started]()[What to expect on the call]() --- ## AI prepares. People decide. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/ai-prepares-people-decide/ ### AI prepares. People decide. 19 October 2026 The useful division of work: AI prepares the draft, pack or review. A person has the information needed to decide what happens next. In this article An AI workflow earns its place by making the next person's job easier. It can assemble records, draft a notice or bring exceptions into one view. The person using it should be able to see where the information came from, what needs checking and what remains unresolved. “A person reviews it” is only useful if the workflow supports that review. A polished page with no sources and no visible gaps can take more effort to check than it saved in preparation. Design the output around the decision someone has to make. #### Prepare the work for the person who receives it. Start with the team's own way of doing the job. An SOP may already specify the output. A loose checklist or an expert walking through a past example can reveal the rest: which details matter, what gets questioned and when another person needs to be involved. Build those distinctions into the workflow. A draft should identify missing inputs. A review should show the evidence for its findings. A handoff should separate completed information from questions waiting on someone else. That is useful preparation. #### Make omissions part of the test. A wrong item on a page draws attention. An item that never made it onto the page can be harder to notice. Test for both, using the source material and agreed requirements to check the output. Illustrative example: a court-order notice. An order contains a directive deep in a long paragraph, and one scanned page is unreadable. The workflow should bring the directive into the draft and identify the unreadable page. A coded check compares dates in the draft with dates in the order. Any deadline that would need calculating is listed for the attorney to confirm. The assistant reviews the notice; the attorney confirms its effect. These are separate things to test. A workflow can copy dates correctly and still miss a directive. It can include all readable instructions and still fail to explain that a page was unreadable. Record each finding so a strong result on one check doesn't hide a miss on another. #### Keep “nothing found” separate from “could not assess.” A checking workflow should say which sources it read, what period they cover, how many records it expected and how many it assessed. Missing or excluded records belong in the output, alongside the findings. Illustrative example: a property manager's certificate review. The manager supplies the lease-requirements export and the certificates on file. The review identifies certificates expiring this month, tenants with nothing on file and requirements it could not read. Each finding points to the relevant lease or certificate, ready for the manager to confirm and follow up. > A useful review tells you what it found and what it could not establish. #### Improve the instructions from the corrections. When someone regularly corrects the same detail, investigate it. The source may be incomplete, the rule may be unclear or the workflow may need changing. The owner agrees the correction, then the revised workflow is tested against the affected cases. That turns review into a way to improve shared practice. It also keeps the measure honest: count the time spent preparing, checking, correcting and acting. At Fully Powered AI, the first workflow prepares work in your own workspace from files and exports; your people take the next action. The goal is a useful result and a better-informed decision. The checking kind of capability, and what a manager gets from it: [Checking the work](). --- ## Delivery is the bottleneck now. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/delivery-is-the-bottleneck-now/ ### Delivery is the bottleneck now. 19 October 2026 Buying access to AI is the first step. Someone still has to turn the business’s know-how into work the team can run. In this article A team can have capable AI tools and still prepare the same report by hand every Friday. The missing piece may be quite specific: nobody has brought together the instructions, source material, output format and tests that would make the job repeatable. That is delivery work. It connects a general-purpose tool with the way a particular business operates. Our view is that this is a major opportunity for businesses that already have AI and want to get more useful work from it. #### A signal from Anthropic. On 4 May 2026, Anthropic announced an AI services company with investors including Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and Goldman Sachs. The announcement describes engineers working alongside mid-sized organizations to identify opportunities, build systems around their operations and support them. Anthropic's CFO, Krishna Rao, said: > “Enterprise demand for Claude is significantly outpacing any single delivery model.” [Anthropic's announcement]() describes the model in more detail. Our reading is that delivery capacity matters alongside model capability: someone has to understand the business and turn that understanding into working tools. #### The business supplies the knowledge. Consider what is needed to build a useful handoff. The system fields tell you what information exists. The operations lead tells you why a particular customer needs an extra approval, which document controls the billing terms and what happens when an order is incomplete. Some of that knowledge is in an SOP. Some is in a checklist, an old example or the person's explanation of how they handle the job. Capturing it is part of the build, alongside agreeing what a good output looks like and testing the workflow on real work. The technology and the person who knows the job need to meet. That is the service a business is buying when it asks for a working capability. #### Make the first engagement fit the team. For a business of 20–200 people, a useful first step can be one recurring task with a clear output and a fixed scope. The team gets something it can use, and the owner gets a concrete basis for deciding whether to invest further. That is the approach we built Fully Powered AI around. Fully Powered Studio handles repeatable build and test work. A builder works alongside the customer to capture the procedure, resolve questions and help the team run the workflow in its own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. The 3-Day Workflow Sprint builds from one agreed written procedure. The 2-Week Team Sprint captures one team's procedures and builds one priority workflow. Both start with files and exports and end with a workflow, test findings and handover notes the customer owns. #### Delivery includes putting it into use. A workflow on a builder's screen is only part of the job. The person who will use it needs to run representative work, understand what to check and know what to do when the inputs are incomplete. Measure preparation, review and correction together. Name an owner to keep the procedure current. Decide whether the next step is another workflow, a direct connection or support as the work changes; those are separately scoped decisions. The ambition is straightforward: make the expertise already in a business useful to more of its people. Start with one job the team recognizes, get it working and build from there. How we put the approach into practice: [Our approach](). --- ## Everyone has the AI. One person gets the result. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/everyone-has-the-ai-one-person-gets-the-result/ ### Everyone has the AI. One person gets the result. 19 October 2026 A good result is more useful when the next person can get it too. The opportunity is to turn individual know-how into something the whole team can use. In this article One person knows how to get a useful client update from AI. They supply the right context, correct the weak parts and remember what the client asked last week. A colleague uses the same tool and gets a polished draft that still needs substantial work. The difference is more than how they phrase the request. One person is bringing knowledge the other hasn't supplied: what matters, what can be left out, which numbers need checking and what a good update looks like. The business benefits when that knowledge becomes available to both. #### The expertise may already be written down. A saved prompt can contain a great deal of it. So can an SOP, a house template or a completed example with the right corrections. Other parts live in people's heads: the exception they recognize, the question they know to ask, the detail they refuse to guess. Start by finding those parts. The person who gets a useful result may be skilled at AI, skilled at the job, or both. You want to capture the way the work is done, including how they judge the answer. #### A shared prompt is a useful starting point. Training and shared instructions help people get more from AI. For a simple task, they may be enough. As the job grows to include several inputs, exceptions and a particular output format, it helps to package the whole workflow so each user has the same starting point. That means specifying what to provide, which steps to follow, which source takes precedence and what to do when information is missing. It also means giving the team a clear way to judge what comes back. AI output can vary between runs; an agreed standard makes those differences easier to evaluate. > Put the knowledge that makes the result good into the work everyone runs. #### Make the standard specific. Illustrative example: a weekly client update. An operations lead compares two drafts of the same update. One says the project is progressing well. The other identifies the completed milestone, the decision waiting on the client and the effect of a late approval on the next delivery date. The second draft is useful because it tells the client what to do. Capture that requirement: every update shows progress against the plan, names outstanding decisions and explains the next step. Add a rule to distinguish a confirmed date from an estimate. Now the team has something more precise than “make it sound like our best person.” At build time, the useful inputs are past updates, the team's reporting rules and the lead's explanation of a good result. Each week, the workflow takes that week's project export and notes to prepare the new draft. #### Test whether the team can use it. At Fully Powered AI, we capture that standard with your people and use Fully Powered Studio to build and test the workflow. Your team then runs real work in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini account, with your expert judging the results. Look beyond whether a draft reads well. Does it include the required information? Does it flag the missing decision? Can a colleague run it without asking the original author to reconstruct the prompt? How much review and correction does it need? Those questions turn individual success into a practical team capability. Your best person's expertise becomes a shared asset, with an owner who can keep the instructions current as the work changes. Putting the approach to work: [Uneven AI results](). [Read next: The best-person check.]() --- ## Faster is the floor. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/faster-is-the-floor/ ### Faster is the floor. 19 October 2026 The first question is what the workflow saves. The next is what your team can do better with the capacity it creates. In this article Saving time is a strong reason to build an AI workflow. A report that takes less preparation, a handoff ready sooner or a review that brings the exceptions together can improve an ordinary week. But speed is only one part of the opportunity. Once a job becomes easier to prepare and more consistent to review, you can ask what it should achieve for the business. That question may lead to better timing, better follow-up or a more useful output. #### Start with a result the team recognizes. The first workflow needs a clear job and a standard your people trust. We build from your existing SOPs, checklists and everyday know-how, then test against the way your team does the work well. Measure the whole job before and after: gathering inputs, preparing the output, reviewing, correcting and acting. A shorter drafting step is not the whole result. Fewer missing details, more records checked or a job that can be covered during an absence may matter just as much. That first result gives the team experience using the workflow and evidence about where it helps. It also makes the next conversation concrete. #### Ask what happens after “done.” A completed handoff is useful because it helps the next team act. A report matters because someone can make a decision from it. A checked certificate matters because the right person follows up on a gap. At handover, we discuss what the work is for, how a stronger version could serve that purpose and which next workflow would be worth building. The same questions belong at the start: they help us choose the right output before spending time on the build. #### From a prepared handoff to a better customer start. Illustrative example: a distributor's closed-deal handoff. The operations lead carries a deal from the CRM into fulfilment, onboarding and billing. A workflow takes the CRM export and signed order and prepares the order lines, onboarding checklist, billing information and missing-details list. The lead reviews and puts the prepared work into the relevant systems. That is a useful first job. The follow-on question is how the business knows the customer got a good start. A tidy order record doesn't tell the account manager whether the first delivery arrived as expected or whether an onboarding problem is holding up the next order. The team might choose a day-three delivery check and a day-thirty account review. A further workflow could assemble the relevant records and prepare questions for the account manager. Those timings would be the distributor's choice, based on its customers and service promise. The next workflow would serve a clearer outcome: help the account manager spot a problem and follow up while it still matters. #### Let the owner choose what changes. A workflow can make an existing procedure easier to inspect. Repeated missing information may point to a better intake form. A report nobody acts on may need a different question. Some improvements are changes to the process itself. Your team decides which ideas to pursue. The owner agrees changes to the procedure, and the workflow is tested against the revised standard. Further builds and ongoing support are scoped separately. > Make the work easier to do. Then make it more useful. That is the ambition behind “faster is the floor.” Start with a useful workflow your team can run. Use what you learn to raise the quality and reach of the work itself. How we work, in full: [Our approach](). --- ## For law firms: your procedures stay the rulebook. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/for-law-firms-your-procedures-stay-the-rulebook/ ### For law firms: your procedures stay the rulebook. 19 October 2026 The useful starting point is your firm’s way of working: the instructions, checks and judgment your people already bring to the job. In this article A law firm's operating knowledge lives in many places: a written intake procedure, an assistant's checklist, the partner who knows which exception needs attention. Building an AI workflow starts by capturing that knowledge and agreeing what the prepared work should contain. The opportunity is practical. Put the familiar draft, review or handoff in front of the right person with its sources and unresolved questions clear. The firm's responsible lawyer sets the standard; the workflow is built and tested against it. #### Four useful jobs to start from. Illustrative examples. **A court order becomes a draft notice.** The assistant supplies the order and handling lawyers. The workflow prepares the directives in the court's words, one per line, with a coded check that dates in the draft appear in the order. Unreadable material and deadlines needing calculation are flagged. The assistant reviews the notice; the attorney confirms its effect. **The week's open matters become a review list.** The operations manager supplies the case-system export. The workflow lists owners, overdue and unowned tasks, and matters needing attention, with draft follow-up notes. It distinguishes records assessed from records it could not assess. **A new inquiry becomes an intake review.** Names from the inquiry are compared with the firm's export of clients and adverse parties. The result brings possible matches and the inquiry details together for the responsible attorney to assess under the firm's conflict procedure. **A role and start date become a first-week plan.** The workflow uses the firm's onboarding know-how to prepare what to read, who to sit with and what to learn by Friday. The manager adapts the plan and judges progress. #### The firm's way of working makes these useful. A general request to “summarize this order” leaves much unstated. Your procedure may require a particular format, named recipients, source references and a separate list of points for an attorney. Those details are the build's starting point. If they are already documented, we work from them. If the experienced assistant or operations manager carries them in their head, we walk through past examples and write the approach down together. The procedure owner reviews it before the build. #### Keep the responsibilities clear. For the initial workflows described here: - An attorney confirms dates; the workflow does not calculate legal deadlines. - The workflow reads supplied case records and prepares output for review. - A person sends messages and changes case-system records. - Legal questions go to the responsible lawyer. - The firm approves the workspace for the information involved. - The responsible lawyer agrees the standard used to test the work. We build with invented examples and observe your people testing real matters in your own account. We see the material on screen without receiving or keeping copies. Decisions about the firm's professional obligations remain with its lawyers. #### Test the awkward case as well as the ordinary one. A buried directive, an unreadable page or a missing owner can tell you more than another clean demonstration. Agree what the workflow should do in each case, then review the actual output against that expectation. At handover, your people have the workflow, written procedure, test findings and notes for using it. Measure preparation and review together. The aim is to make the firm's own good practice easier to put into everyday use. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/the-best-person-check/ ### The best-person check: test the work against your own standard. 19 October 2026 A convincing draft is a start. To know whether a workflow belongs in your business, test it against the work your team already trusts. In this article A demonstration shows what an AI workflow can do on the example in front of you. The decision to use it needs more: a clear standard, a useful range of cases and someone who knows whether the result is fit for the job. We call this the best-person check. Build from the way your team does its best work, then judge the workflow against that standard. The expert may bring a written SOP, a checklist or knowledge they've never documented. Their past work helps make the requirements concrete. #### Write down what makes the result good. “As good as our best person” is a useful ambition. It becomes testable when you name the details: the required fields, the sources they come from, the exceptions that change the answer and the decisions that need a person. Agree those details before building. A result can differ in wording from a past example and still meet the standard. A fluent draft can also fail because it omits something essential. The check needs to distinguish the two. Separate three questions: does the workflow start on the right kind of input, does it produce correct work, and does using it improve the whole job? Each deserves its own evidence. #### Choose cases that can expose a miss. Ordinary examples establish the basics. Difficult ones test whether the instructions cover the real work: incomplete records, unusual formats, conflicting information and requests that should be referred to a person. Keep some cases separate from the examples used during the build. Illustrative example: a court-order notice. A notice workflow needs to handle a directive buried in a long paragraph and a scan with an unreadable page. The first tests whether it captures the whole instruction. The second tests whether it makes the gap visible. Reading a smooth draft alone may miss both problems; checking against the source and expected result brings them into view. For a weekly matter review, test coverage as well as findings. The output should identify what it assessed, what was excluded and which matters it could not assess. An empty exception list means little if half the records were missing. #### Let your expert judge real work. We build and test with invented examples, then observe your own person running real cases in your account. Your expert marks the results against the agreed standard, and every miss remains visible. The build and grading are separate steps. Where a grading rule and your expert disagree, record the disagreement and examine it together. It may reveal a bad result, missing information or a criterion that needs to be clearer. Your expert has the final say. #### Use the findings to make a decision. Passing the test set gives you evidence about those cases. Handover notes should explain the supported scope, where a person takes over and how to handle a failure. Regular use still includes review. Then measure the whole job: preparing inputs, running the workflow, reviewing, correcting and acting. A faster draft is valuable when it improves the work overall. The test log and that practical measure tell you where to use the workflow and what to improve next. #### Five questions worth asking. - Who agreed the standard, and what makes a result good? - Which cases were held back from the build? - Who grades the output, and who has the final say? - Will we see omissions and uncertain results alongside the passes? - What did the workflow change about the whole job? One person gets the result.]() --- ## The work that matters crosses systems. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/the-work-that-matters-crosses-systems/ ### The work that matters crosses systems. 19 October 2026 The handoff from a closed deal to onboarding and billing is one job spread across several tools. Bringing the information together is only part of getting it done. In this article A closed deal becomes an order, an onboarding plan and a billing setup. A support ticket becomes an engineering handoff, a credit request and a customer reply. The month-end review draws on the ledger, email and a spreadsheet. Existing software may handle parts of these jobs well. Someone still needs to know how the pieces fit: which information takes precedence, what must be confirmed and who receives the next step. Those operating rules belong in the workflow, wherever the information comes from. #### What the vendors announced. The announcements below describe ways to reach business-system data and actions from AI assistants. The dates and sources identify what was announced; each product's current availability should be checked for the plan and use involved. - Atlassian put Jira and Confluence inside Claude in a beta announced on 2025-05-01, inside ChatGPT on 2025-12-03, and declared the connection generally available on 2026-02-04. - HubSpot launched a connector for ChatGPT on 2025-06-04 and one for Claude on 2025-07-29, and on 2026-02-26 let the ChatGPT connector create and update CRM records. - Salesforce announced its apps for ChatGPT on 2025-10-14, and a sales app in ChatGPT was in open beta by 2026-01-07; with Anthropic it announced a Salesforce plugin for Claude on 2026-08-26, in beta on paid Claude plans from 2026-09-15, for organizations Salesforce approves. - Intuit announced its apps for ChatGPT on 2025-11-18 and its integrations for Claude on 2026-02-24, and on 2026-07-28 QuickBooks said invoices could be created and sent from the chat in both. - ServiceNow opened its platform's actions to outside AI tools, Claude among them, on 2026-05-05. - Microsoft's own documentation, updated 2026-06-05, describes connecting Dynamics data to Claude once an administrator enables it. #### Our reading: access makes the workflow possible. These announcements point toward AI assistants becoming another place to work with business information. Our view is that access and operating knowledge need to develop together. A connection can make a record available; the workflow still needs to know what to do with it. For a closed deal, that includes which onboarding steps apply to a new customer, what changes for an existing one and how to handle a missing purchase order. An SOP may contain those rules. Often an operations lead supplies the final details from experience. Start by understanding the job and checking what your current tools already handle. Then decide where an AI workflow can add useful preparation, whether through supplied files or a direct connection. For any connection, confirm access, permissions and approval behavior for the actions you intend to use. #### Put the handoff to work from exports. Illustrative example: a distributor's closed-deal handoff. The operations lead supplies the CRM export and signed order forms. The workflow prepares order lines for fulfilment, an onboarding checklist and billing information, with missing details collected into questions for the salesperson. The team reviews and enters the records. The build starts with the distributor's handoff procedure, good completed examples and the lead's explanation of the exceptions. Those define the approach. Each new export supplies the transactions to prepare. This gives the team a useful first workflow before commissioning a new integration. They can see whether the prepared handoff saves effort and exposes the right gaps. Direct connections can follow as separately scoped work, based on what the team learns. The opportunity is the complete job: getting the information into a form the next person can act on, with your way of working built in. A practical first handoff: [Work that crosses systems](). Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/we-never-ask-your-team-to-re-map-its-work/ ### You don’t have to document everything before you start. 19 October 2026 Bring the work as it is done today. We capture the steps and exceptions with your people, whether the procedure is written down or learned on the job. In this article A familiar job can be surprisingly hard to explain from a blank page. The person who does it moves between records, remembers a customer's exception and knows when to ask for a missing detail. Much of the procedure has become automatic to them. Asking that person to document everything before an AI project starts creates another job for someone who is already busy. A better starting point is a real example. Show what came in, what happened next and what a good result looked like. We do the interviewing and writing. > The expertise is already yours. It doesn't have to be neatly documented before we can build from it. #### Start with the last few times the job happened. An SOP gives us the outline. A checklist shows what someone remembers to verify. A completed example reveals details neither may mention. If there is no document, the walkthrough gives us the starting point. Ask what triggered the work, which inputs were available, what the person checked and where they needed judgment. Then look at an unusual case. The exception often reveals the knowledge that makes their work good: why this customer gets a different onboarding step, or why that order needs another approval. We turn the walkthrough into clear steps, required inputs, exceptions and an expected result. Your people review and correct it. The written procedure should sound like the work they recognize. #### Agree the differences that matter. When three people do the job differently, compare their approaches. Some differences are preferences; others affect accuracy, timing or the customer. The procedure's owner chooses the standard to build. This is focused work on the task you want to improve. If it exposes a larger process problem, make that decision explicitly. You can resolve the immediate rule and keep the first workflow bounded, or change the scope before building. #### Capture what the expert actually looks for. Illustrative example: an equipment-service company's quotes. The owner writes each quote from site notes because they know which details change the job. We walk through recent quotes and capture what the owner looks for, which pricing references apply and what they need to confirm before quoting. The workflow takes the next set of site notes and prepares a draft in the company's format. It includes the items the notes support and lists the details still needed. The estimator has something useful to work from; the owner reviews the price before the quote goes out. The past quotes and the owner's explanation define the approach. The new site notes are the input each time the workflow runs. Keeping those two roles clear helps everyone understand what has been built. #### Keep the procedure as a business asset. The written procedure helps beyond the AI workflow. It gives a colleague a way to cover an absence, helps a new hire learn and gives the team something concrete to improve. The 2-Week Team Sprint captures one team's procedures and builds one priority workflow, in about two weeks from the first interview. We agree the team's scope and review time before starting. If the procedure is already written and agreed, the 3-Day Workflow Sprint starts from it. In either case, you bring someone who knows the job. You receive the documented procedures, workflow and handover notes, with use and adaptation rights set out in your agreement. The first useful result begins with knowledge the business already has. How we handle the work that lives in people's heads: [Procedures in people's heads](). [What the 2-Week Team Sprint includes, term by term.]() --- ## What to settle before you hand a procedure to AI. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/what-to-settle-before-you-hand-a-procedure-to-ai/ ### What to settle before you hand a procedure to AI. 19 October 2026 Six questions turn a promising idea into a job you can build and test. Use them with a written SOP, a loose checklist or the person who knows the work. In this article Choose one recurring job: the update written every Friday, the order handoff or the weekly review. Then sit down with someone who knows it well. The useful starting point is a clear account of the work, and these six questions help you get there. You don't need a complete procedure before having the conversation. A few past examples can reveal the steps and exceptions. Write down the answers you have and identify who can settle the rest. 1. **Who will use it, and who approves the result?**Name the person who will run the workflow and the person who judges the output. They may be the same. Include the approver early, so the workflow is built to the standard they actually use. 2. **What starts the job, and what should come back?**A signed order arrives, a deal closes or the week ends. Name that trigger, then describe the output in terms someone can check: a handoff with order lines, billing terms and missing details; or a review listing overdue tasks and their owners. Separate the prepared output from the action a person takes afterward. 3. **What inputs does each run need?**List the files, exports and records needed to do the task. Confirm how your team can supply them and how current they need to be. The SOP and expert's know-how define the workflow; this week's export supplies the work it runs on. Direct connections to systems can be scoped separately. 4. **Which exceptions change the answer?**Ask what happens with a missing order line, an unnamed owner, an unreadable scan or conflicting dates. Capture the rule your expert follows and when they ask someone else. These cases belong in the instructions and the tests. 5. **Which examples show what good looks like?**Find past inputs and the outputs your team trusts. Include ordinary work and a few awkward cases. Agree what a reviewer will mark right, wrong or uncertain. At Fully Powered AI, we build with invented examples; your people run real work in your own account while we observe, without us keeping copies. 6. **Is the workspace ready for the people and information involved?**Confirm the AI plan, the people who need access and your business's approval to use this information there. A workflow used by one person needs an agreed path to the rest of the team. Settle access and data use before the build starts. #### In a law firm, include the responsible lawyer. The lawyer sets the review standard and confirms that the proposed use fits the firm's rules. The firm approves the workspace for the information involved and understands that we will see real examples during testing. Those decisions belong with the people responsible for the firm's work. #### Use the answers to choose the first output. If the task is too broad, narrow it to something a person can use: the draft notice, the setup pack or the exceptions list. If the inputs are incomplete, identify what is missing. If nobody can agree what good looks like, settle that before asking a builder to implement it. The answers may point to a workflow, a better checklist or a feature you already have. They also tell you how to measure the result. Count the full effort of gathering inputs, running, reviewing and correcting, alongside the quality or coverage you want to improve. Bring what you know to the fit call. We can help clarify the rest and choose a useful first build. The six checks as a page you can keep open while you work: [The readiness checklist](). [What the fit call does with it.]() --- ## Your options: a consultant, training, or doing it yourselves. Source: https://fullypowered.ai/insights/your-options-consultant-training-or-doing-it-yourselves/ ### Your options: a consultant, training, or doing it yourselves. 19 October 2026 The choice depends on the work, the people you have and what you want delivered. Here are six routes to consider, including Fully Powered AI. In this article You want AI to do more useful work for the team. The next decision is who will turn that intention into something people can use. A recurring report, a new system connection and a redesign of an entire function call for different kinds of help. Start with the output you need and the work required to produce it. Then consider which route gives you the expertise, capacity and ownership to make it stick. #### Build it with your own team. This fits when someone has the knowledge and time to capture the procedure, build the workflow and test it. A good saved prompt, shared template or set of workspace instructions may already do much of the job. Give the work an owner and an agreed standard. Keep the instructions somewhere the team can use them, test on more than the author's favorite example and decide who updates them. The advantage is direct ownership by people who know the business. #### Hire a developer. Consider this when the job needs custom software, direct system connections or technical work beyond your team's capacity. A developer can build around the business's requirements, with someone from the team available to settle the operational details. Agree the deliverable, acceptance tests, documentation and maintenance responsibility. Ask how a change to the procedure will be handled, as well as how the software will be built. #### Train the team. Training fits when people need confidence and practical experience using AI across a range of tasks. Work with examples from their own jobs, so they can apply what they learn immediately. Decide whether the outcome you want is broader individual ability or a specific workflow ready for shared use. A course may support both, but ask explicitly what will be usable afterward and who will keep shared instructions current. #### Bring in a consultant. Consulting can help when the important question is which work to change, how responsibilities should shift or how several systems and teams should fit together. It can also include implementation. Make the scope concrete. Are you buying a recommendation, a redesigned process, a working implementation or ongoing support? Ask to see the handover and test criteria before choosing. The firm's delivery model matters more than its label. #### Use a feature you already have. Check whether your existing software, reports or integrations can do the job. A built-in feature can be a good fit when it has the necessary information and produces the result your people need. Try it on representative work, including the awkward case. Check what it can access, what your plan includes and what still needs to happen outside it. The relevant question is whether it completes your task well. #### Work with Fully Powered AI. We fit recurring work where your business has useful know-how and wants it built into an AI workflow the team can run. We start with SOPs, loose instructions or someone demonstrating the job. A builder works alongside your people, using Fully Powered Studio to build and test in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. You receive the agreed procedure, workflow, test findings and handover notes, with use and adaptation rights set out in your agreement. Introductory conversion sprints use files and exports. Broader implementation and ongoing development are scoped around your business. #### Ask the same questions of every route. - What will our people be able to use when this is finished? - Who defines a good result, and how will it be tested? - What time does our team need to contribute? - What do we own, and who maintains it? Compare the answers against the job you want done. Measure the whole task afterward, including review and correction. That gives you a sounder basis for choosing than a promise about AI in general. Focused implementations, broader programs and ongoing relationships: [Get started](). --- ## Uneven AI results are a verification problem Source: https://fullypowered.ai/research/uneven-ai-results-are-a-verification-problem/ ### Uneven AI results are a verification problem. October 2026. By Fully Powered AI. A shared workflow gives people a better starting point. Verification tells you whether it produces the work your business needs. This paper sets out our method: define the standard, test against it and make the findings useful to the people who will run the work. Contents #### The gap between a plausible answer and a useful result. Two people can use the same AI tool on the same task and get results of different quality. They may supply different information, make different requests or apply different judgment when reviewing the answer. The model's output can also vary between runs. A shared workflow addresses part of this by giving people common instructions, inputs and output requirements. The next question is whether those instructions produce work that meets the business's needs. That is a verification problem. Without an agreed standard, a fluent answer can pass for a useful one. A weekly update may read well while omitting the decision the client needs to make. A review may list several valid findings while silently skipping records it couldn't assess. Evaluating the appearance of the output is not enough; the check needs to cover the job. #### From a good prompt to a shared workflow. A good prompt can carry detailed instructions, examples and checks. Training can help people supply better context and judge the result. For some tasks, those are sufficient. A recurring team workflow asks for more explicit ownership. Which sources should each user supply? Which rule takes precedence when records disagree? What should happen when a required field is missing? Who updates the instructions when the procedure changes? Answering those questions turns individual know-how into a shared way of working. Testing then establishes how well that way works on the cases the team needs to handle. Instructions and verification complement each other. #### The method: the best-person check. > Capture the way your team does its best work, agree what makes the result good, build the workflow and test it against that standard. The starting knowledge can be an approved SOP, a loose checklist, ad hoc instructions or an expert demonstrating the job. We bring the relevant parts together and have the procedure owner agree the approach. Past examples help make the standard concrete. We build the agreed steps, templates and checks into a workflow in your ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. Your team then brings new work to it: the next order, this week's export or a new set of site notes. The instructions are already there, ready to use again. The method has four parts: agree the standard before building; test with a useful range of cases; have your people run real work; and separate the build from the grading. Your expert's judgment connects all four to the business. #### Write the standard before the build. Start with the trigger and expected output. Identify what must be present, what should be excluded and what requires a person's decision. Make the criteria specific enough that two reviewers can discuss the same result. Illustrative example: a closed-deal handoff. The handoff standard might require order lines from the signed form, onboarding steps chosen by customer type and billing terms from the agreement. A missing purchase order number should appear as a question to resolve. A workflow that invents the number fails that criterion, however complete the rest of its output looks. Separate three questions in the evaluation: does it start on the right kind of work, is its output correct and complete for the agreed scope, and does using it improve the whole job? Faster preparation and accurate preparation are different findings. Where people use different approaches, the owner settles the rule. If a rule changes after testing, record the change and rerun the relevant cases. Keeping that history helps distinguish an improved workflow from a shifted standard. #### Test ordinary cases, exceptions and omissions. We build with invented examples based on the agreed procedure. Each test case needs source material and an expected result, so a reviewer can identify why an answer passes or misses a criterion. Hold separate cases back from the build. Include ordinary work, unusual formats, incomplete inputs, conflicting evidence and inputs that should not start the workflow. A demonstration on familiar examples answers a narrower question than a test on cases the build has not seen. Omissions deserve explicit tests. Put a required instruction deep in a document. Leave an expected record out of an export. Include an unreadable page. Check whether the output captures the instruction, identifies the missing record and explains the unreadable material. Run cases more than once to examine variation, and compare runs with and without the workflow on the same inputs. Report improvements and regressions separately. After a fix, rerun the set so an improvement on one case does not conceal a new problem elsewhere. #### Your people, your real work, your account. Invented cases help test the design. Real work checks whether the workflow fits your business's actual documents, language and exceptions. Your own person runs those cases in your account while we observe, without us receiving or keeping copies of the records. Your expert marks each result right, wrong or uncertain against the agreed criteria. Every miss stays visible. A miss can point to the workflow, an incomplete input or a rule the team needs to clarify; record the reason as well as the verdict. Acceptance combines the written criteria with the intended user's experience of running real work. The person should know what inputs to provide, what to review and when to ask for help. #### Separate the build from the grading. The build and grading are separate steps. Outputs are graded against the agreed standard, with your expert judging last. A disagreement is recorded and examined; your expert's mark stands. Use code or the business's own reports for counts and arithmetic. Use explicit criteria to assess coverage, source fidelity and the handling of exceptions. Asking the same AI whether its answer is good is a different exercise from checking it against an expected result. The log should let someone trace a verdict to a case, an output and a criterion. That makes it useful for fixing the workflow and for reviewing later changes. #### Use the results to decide where it belongs. A pass records performance on the tested cases. Together with your expert's review, it supports a decision to use the workflow within an agreed scope. The handover notes explain that scope, where a person takes over and what to do if the workflow cannot complete the job. A checking workflow should report coverage as well as findings: the sources and period assessed, expected and reviewed record counts, exclusions, missing inputs and evidence for each exception. “Nothing found” and “could not assess” describe different outcomes. Measure the complete task: input preparation, running, review, correction and action. Include useful changes in quality or coverage alongside time. The person responsible decides whether the result is worth putting into regular use. Name an owner for changes to the procedure. When inputs, rules or tools change, retest the affected work. Ongoing development with Fully Powered AI is scoped around your priorities. The agreement sets out your rights to use and adapt the delivered workflow and included technology. #### How to read the evidence. This is a description of a verification method. It gives a buyer a way to inspect a build and a team a way to judge its own workflow. Performance and benefit need to be assessed on the work in question, with the tested scope clear. Our study of public workflow examples informs how we think about instructions, checks and useful business tasks. That reference collection is research material. Each client workflow is built from that client's own procedures and know-how; the collection is neither the deliverable nor evidence of client results. A useful report explains the cases, criteria, repeated runs and misses behind a conclusion. Read those details alongside any summary score. They tell you where the evidence is strong and where more testing would help. #### What to ask a builder. - Who agreed the standard, and how does it reflect our own work? - Which cases were used during the build and which were held back? - How were missing information, omissions and unusual inputs tested? - Who ran real work, where did it run and what records were retained? - Who graded the results, and can we see the misses and disagreements? - What does the evidence support, and what will we measure in regular use? A useful AI workflow gives the team a shared way to prepare the work. A useful verification process shows how well it meets the standard and what to improve. Both belong in the build.
