What you'll take on.
- Walk through real work with client teams. Capture the inputs, decisions, exceptions and details that a written procedure leaves out.
- Use and extend Fully Powered Studio and workflow foundations to build capabilities tailored to the business.
- Write the code needed for agreed integrations, input handling and checks, keeping the implementation understandable and maintainable.
- Run evaluations and guided first uses with the client, investigate misses and refine the workflow against their standard.
- Prepare handover materials and feed reusable improvements into the product while keeping each client’s private information and know-how separate.

- You have shipped working software and stayed close enough to its users to see what needed to change.
- You can build with APIs, data transformations and LLMs, and debug across the boundaries between them.
- You ask precise questions, listen to the people doing the work and explain technical choices in plain language.
- You can manage scope, test a result and leave a team able to operate what you delivered.

Fully Powered Studio and reusable workflow foundations turn that knowledge into AI workflows teams can use, check and improve.
You'll own the path from understanding a client's work to getting a useful capability into their hands. Some projects start with an existing procedure; others start with a new function and our reusable workflow foundations. In both, the implementation should teach us how to make the product better.
