AI capability
Something your AI can do for the business: prepare a handoff, draft a quote or check a set of records, for example. We build it from your existing know-how or from selected methods adapted to your business. See what we build.
AI workflow
A repeatable way to get a piece of work done with AI. Your steps, templates, checks and exceptions are built in, so the team can use it again with new work. Each introductory sprint delivers one working workflow. Get started.
Best-person check
Your expert defines a good result before we build, then judges the workflow's results against that standard. You see every miss. How we test, and why verification matters.
Build
Turning an existing, agreed way of working into a usable AI workflow. Fully Powered Studio builds and tests with invented examples; your people then run real work in your workspace while we observe and review the results together. Building your workflow.
Checking capability
A workflow that checks records against your requirements and reports gaps, exceptions and missing information. It distinguishes a problem from something it couldn't assess, giving your team a list to act on. Checking the work.
Connection
A live link between an AI workspace and another system. A first sprint uses files and exports; new connections are separately scoped work. Working from files and exports.
Every time
Holding each run to the same agreed standard. Wording can vary; the required steps, checks and outputs remain the reference point. Tests show how a workflow performed on the cases tried. What testing tells you.
Export
A file from a system you already use, such as this month's orders or the week's closed deals. It gives the workflow the records for this run. Your team's procedure tells it what to do with them. Work that crosses systems.
Fit call
A 30-minute conversation about existing work, a new capability or a broader brief. We explore what you want to accomplish and the engagement that fits. What happens on the call.
Fully Powered Studio
Fully Powered AI’s technology for building and testing AI workflows from your team's expertise. A builder works alongside you, turning your own procedures and know-how into a capability your team can run. Meet Fully Powered Studio.
Handover
Putting the workflow in your team's hands: running it on real work, naming its owner and providing notes to use, check and change it. The agreement sets out use and adaptation rights for deliverables and included technology. The handover.
Invented examples
Fictional cases made to build and test the workflow, including exceptions and missing information. They are based on your agreed standard. Real-work testing happens in your workspace. How we use examples.
Keep
Reviewing, maintaining and improving workflows as your work changes, and extending useful capabilities across the business through an agreed engagement. Developing your workflows, and Improve & expand.
Miss
A result that doesn't meet the agreed standard, or that your expert can't judge confidently. Misses show where instructions, exceptions or review points need attention. Testing on real work.
On-ramp
Capturing how your team does the job. We start with existing SOPs and checklists, or have your people show us the work, then agree the instructions the workflow will follow. Capturing your know-how.
Owner of a procedure
The person who agrees how a job should be done and what a good result looks like. If people do it different ways, this person helps settle the approach to build. Agreeing your standard.
Procedure / SOP
The steps and decisions behind a piece of work. An SOP is a standard operating procedure: a documented version. We can also capture informal know-how, loose instructions and a person demonstrating the job. Choosing a starting point.
Prompt
The request you give an AI tool. A useful prompt can be a starting point for a workflow; we also capture the reasoning, examples and checks behind it. Making good results repeatable.
Readiness checks
Confirming the people, task, inputs, exceptions, examples and workspace needed for the build. We work through these with you before starting. The readiness checklist.
Readout
The closing review of a sprint: what the workflow does, how it performed, what changed and what could be worth improving next. Handover and next steps.
Skill / plugin
Terms for packaging capabilities inside AI tools. A skill holds instructions for a task; a plugin can bundle capabilities together. We explain the setup at handover. On these pages, we focus on the AI workflow your team will use. What you get.
Sponsor
The person who backs the work and can approve the investment, often an owner, CEO, managing partner or department leader. They may also be the person who uses the workflow. For owners, CEOs & managing partners.
Suitability check
Choosing a useful first workflow together. We look at the job, its complexity and the result you want, so the agreed sprint has a clear scope. The 3-Day Workflow Sprint.
Support window
Five business days after the 3-Day Sprint's handover, or ten business days after the Team Sprint's. We correct anything that doesn't do what was agreed. New requirements are scoped separately. Included support.
Team & company implementations
A program of work around one capability, a team or several departments. It can capture existing expertise, establish new capabilities or combine both. Scope and fees are agreed for your business; a sprint is not a prerequisite. Team & company implementations.
Unattended running
A workflow running without someone initiating or reviewing each run. Our introductory sprints prepare work for people to review and use. Scheduled or unattended operation is separately agreed work. What a first workflow does.
Working
Your team can run the workflow in its own ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini workspace, using the files and exports it already handles, and review the prepared result. New system connections are separate work. What working means.
Workspace
The ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini environment your business uses. We confirm access and sharing before starting; your business decides which information is approved for use there. Your workspace and information.

Other terms you may hear.

Agent
AI software that can choose steps and use tools to carry out a task. The useful question is what work it does and where a person reviews or decides.
AI teammate / digital worker
Common names for AI tools that take on parts of a job. We describe the work directly: preparing a report, checking records or drafting a handoff.
Demonstration / pilot / roadmap
A demonstration shows what is possible, a pilot tries it out, and a roadmap sets out a plan. Our introductory sprints deliver a workflow your team can use on real work.
Hallucination
A plausible-looking AI answer that isn't supported by the information available, such as an invented date or detail. Testing and review help catch these errors.
Upskilling
Helping people develop new skills. Our work focuses on building your team's expertise into reusable workflows and showing people how to use them.
Operations on autopilot
A shorthand for work running by itself. In our introductory sprints, the AI prepares work and your people review, decide and put it to use.
Secure / compliant / accurate
Different questions: how information is handled, which rules apply, and whether a result is right. We explain our handling and testing practices; your business sets the requirements for its own work.
