- Test on your work.Your person runs real cases in your account while we observe in person or on a screen share. We see the screen; we do not receive a copy.

A first sprint works from files and exports your team already handles. It adds no new connection to your systems. Any later integration is separate work, agreed first.

- The named builder working with your team sees the real examples during testing. When the screen share ends, our view ends. We don't receive or retain copies of those records.
- Build materials and notes
- We keep our general methods, templates and testing tools, the invented examples used for the build, and the handover notes written for your owner. You also hold those notes.

Before work starts, your business confirms that its ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini workspace is approved for the information the workflow will use. We also confirm the actual plan, permissions and access for the people who will run it.
Sensitive information can be used when your business has approved it for that workspace. Your AI policy, confidentiality obligations and professional rules still apply. We work within those decisions; we don't interpret your obligations or certify compliance.
