What you'll take on.
- Design how we represent workflow inputs, decisions, exceptions, evidence and review points, so capabilities can be inspected and improved.
- Build the interfaces between capture, generation, evaluation and delivery, with clear contracts and versioned artifacts.
- Make practical choices about model providers, application architecture and integrations as the product develops.
- Design for client data separation, permissions, traceability and recovery when a workflow or dependency fails.
- Prototype important decisions, review code and turn implementation lessons into reusable product components.

We want to understand the systems you have shaped and the decisions you made along the way.
- You have designed and shipped software that people depend on, and can explain how the design changed through use.
- You can turn a messy business problem into a clear data model, interfaces and a sequence of deliverable improvements.
- You have hands-on experience with LLM applications and understand what belongs in model instructions, application logic and human review.
- You write code, explain tradeoffs clearly and know when a small, explicit solution is enough.
What early progress looks like.
A coherent path from captured expertise to a versioned workflow, with an implementation that proves the important design choices. The next engineer should be able to extend it without rediscovering how it works.

We build our own technology to help companies capture the way their best people work and establish capabilities they don't yet have. Fully Powered Studio and reusable workflow foundations turn that knowledge into AI workflows teams can use, check and improve.
You'll connect the whole system: capturing expertise, representing a workflow, generating a usable capability and testing the result. This is a hands-on role for someone who can set technical direction and build the first useful version.
