- Minor clarifications are part of the build. If it needs substantial capture or redesign, we discuss the 2-Week Team Sprint before taking on that work.

- Where does our information go?
- Your team tests real work in your own account while we observe, without keeping copies of those records. We build with invented examples.
- What if we want a change later?
- Your agreement sets out how you can use and adapt the workflow. Ask us for help when you need it; a new step, rule or data source is separately scoped work.
