Your procedures captured. One workflow built.
- Your team’s procedures, written in clear language and agreed with their owners.
- One priority procedure built into a reusable AI workflow in your workspace.
- Tests on your real work, reviewed by your expert, with the misses visible.
- Handover notes and a readout on what to improve or build next.
The whole sprint, clearly scoped.
- Scope
- One team and its agreed procedures; one priority workflow built. We define the team, interviews and review rounds together.
- Timing
- About two weeks from the first interview. Preparation and readiness checks come first.
- Your part
- Show us the work, review the written procedures and help test the workflow. We agree the time needed before starting.
- Support
- Ten business days after handover to correct delivery defects.
- Further work
- Additional workflows or teams, new system connections, unattended runs and wider rollout are scoped separately.
Your workflow starts with files and exports your team already handles. Your know-how remains yours. Your agreement defines how you can use and adapt the delivered workflows and any included technology.
Your standard decides when it is ready.
We agree what a good result must contain before building. Fully Powered Studio builds and tests with invented examples, then your team runs real work in your own workspace. Your expert checks the result and you see what needs fixing.
If the chosen workflow proves unsuitable, we agree the next step with you. New requirements are quoted separately; correcting a delivery defect is included in the support window.
A few practical questions.
- Do we need to document everything first?
- No. Bring loose notes, checklists or a person who can walk us through the job. Capturing the details is part of this sprint.
- What if people do the same job differently?
- We lay the approaches side by side and help the procedure's owner agree the way the workflow should follow.
- Does this build every procedure we document?
- The sprint documents the agreed team's procedures and builds one priority workflow. The others are useful for training, cover and future builds.
- What if we already have a good SOP?
- The 3-Day Workflow Sprint may be the quicker start. We choose the fit together.
Make the know-how easier to share.
The procedures are useful even before the next workflow is built: a clearer handover, a better first week for a new hire, and less work waiting for the one person who knows how.
Have a broader brief? We can scope an implementation across workflows or teams directly.
Bring the person who knows the work.
Tell us which team and which recurring job you want to improve. We'll work out whether the Team Sprint fits and what it would cover.
