A builder walks through real examples with the people who do the work, including the person whose results set your standard. What starts the job? What do they check? What makes them stop and ask?
We capture the steps and the judgment behind them: why this customer needs a different handoff, or which missing detail means a draft is not ready. Each step is traced to its source. Gaps become questions; different approaches go side by side for the owner to settle.
During the walkthrough, real records stay on your screen. We use invented examples for the build.

The person who owns the work agrees the procedure before we build: the steps, their reasons, the exceptions and what a finished result must contain. That might be your operations lead, team lead or responsible lawyer.
When three people do the job three ways, the owner chooses the approach the team will use. The workflow is then built and tested against that standard.

We bring the old checklist, the email thread and the way the job actually gets done into one usable document. Your people can teach from it, cover for each other and improve it as the work changes.
We also identify whether AI is the right next step. If a better checklist or a feature you already own solves the problem, we'll say so. Work that needs redesign is identified before we agree the sprint.
