Your experience makes the next version better.
What happens when people use a workflow is valuable input: where it helps, where someone has to intervene and what the result still needs. We review examples with your team, agree the changes worth making and test the refinements on the work they do.
Bring the capabilities you are using or the next function you want to establish. We can start ongoing development directly and agree a cadence for review, development and adoption across your team.
Review. Refine. Expand.
- Review actual use
- Look at the work produced, the corrections people make and the steps that slow them down. Agree what a better result would look like.
- Refine the workflows
- Improve instructions, context, checks and outputs. Run the revised workflows with your team and use the results to guide the next changes.
- Develop new capabilities
- Capture more of your existing expertise through Fully Powered Studio, or establish a new capability using selected methods and templates adapted to your industry and company.
- Help more people use them
- Introduce workflows to additional teams, connect related work and help users learn through guided runs and practical handover notes.
- Keep the work current
- When procedures, platforms, export formats or systems change, make the agreed adjustments and retest the affected workflows.
Ongoing development. Clear priorities.
We agree the capabilities in scope, who will be involved, how often we review progress and the development work included. Your proposal sets out the deliverables and fee. As priorities change, we agree any changes to scope and price before taking on the work.
Your know-how remains yours. Your agreement defines how you can use and adapt the delivered workflows and any included technology. We agree continuing services around the help your business needs.
- Delivery defects
- The introductory sprints include support for delivery defects: five business days after handover for the 3-Day Workflow Sprint and ten business days for the 2-Week Team Sprint. A delivery defect is anything that does not do what was agreed. New requirements and continuing development are scoped separately.
